Across France, our network of approved NEOMOUV retailers provides the service for our brand. They are true professionals in the bike world and we have every confidence in their expertise.
Your bike will be delivered directly to one of these professionals, who will get it "road-ready"; your bike will then be good to go. They will also take the opportunity to give you the advice you need to get started.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Our retailer network also takes care of the after-sales service for our brand. They take care of the maintenance and repairs of our electric bikes. Our team is also available to help them with their diagnosis and to provide them with the parts required for repair.
All our bikes have a 2-year warranty, batteries included; the frames have a 5-year warranty.
TRAINING FOR RETAILERS
We have a whole network of retailers in France and Europe, and we regularly offer them sessions and training on our products and the NEOMOUV universe.
AN INTERFACE DEDICATED TO RETAILERS
Professionals working with our French electric bike company have an interface reserved for retailers. It is ideal for presenting the models and characteristics of NEOMOUV e-bikes to point-of-sale customers.
SPARE PARTS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY
With its large warehouses and presence across France, NEOMOUV has a large stock of spare parts available. Our computerised system lets us know in real time which components we have in stock and which component fits on each bike!
DETAILED USER MANUALS
When buying an electric bike or any other type of product, it's nice to have clear, detailed, carefully written and illustrated user manuals! We understand this, so we provide all our customers with the technical sheets, assembly instructions and user guides for each electrically assisted bike, in several languages.
